What follows governs use of saasafterdark.site, requests for a growth audit, and every project we take on for a client.
Provider
The service is supplied by Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, whose home jurisdiction is India. Registration details are printed on every contract and invoice. Send questions about these terms to hello@saasafterdark.site.
Who may engage us
We work with lawful adult subscription, membership, creator and dating platforms, and with businesses that sell tools to the adult industry. A client platform must verify the age and identity of people who upload content, keep documented consent from people depicted, and apply age verification wherever the law requires it. We do not work with any service that advertises escort or other commercial sex, and any engagement stops at once if we learn that a client no longer meets these conditions.
The work
Search strategy, technical audits and specifications, content for public pages, and review of changes your developers make. We do not build or host platforms unless agreed separately, we do not provide legal advice, and we will not help any platform avoid age verification for people or for crawlers.
No promised results
Search engines control rankings and platforms control their own policies. Our obligation is to deliver the agreed scope; no ranking, traffic level, sign-up count or revenue figure forms part of it.
Fees and billing
- Each plan has a monthly USD price, listed on the pricing page and fixed in writing when you sign.
- Flexible: renews monthly and ends with notice before the next monthly invoice.
- Term: the reduced rate applies throughout the three-, six- or twelve-month commitment.
- Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Development or other outside work is quoted and approved before it starts.
Client responsibilities
- Keep the verification and consent processes described above in place, and tell us promptly if they change.
- Give us accurate information and decide on anything with legal effect with your own counsel.
- Share only the data we need: never member records, payment details or verification documents.
Confidentiality and ownership
What we learn about your platform stays confidential. Once paid, the specifications and pages we produce for you are yours to keep; the methods and tooling behind them stay with us. Privacy is covered in our privacy policy.
Liability
Should anything go wrong, what we owe is limited to the amount you paid us over the ninety days before the claim. Decisions taken by search engines, payment networks or regulators fall outside that liability, or for indirect losses such as lost profits. Where the law does not permit a cap, it does not apply.
Stopping the work
Each party can stop the work with thirty days' notice in writing, or at once after a serious breach, which includes failing the conditions under "Who may engage us".
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes go to Indian courts, unless your agreement names another jurisdiction.
