SaaSAfterdark works with companies, not with their members. This policy describes the personal information we receive from people at those companies, and the limits we put on anything we see while working on their platforms.
Data controller

Information from client teams
- Audit requests: name, work email, platform type, platform URL, markets and message.
- Engagements: contracts, invoices, meeting notes and the approvals your team gives.
- Tool access: read access to analytics or Search Console, granted to named accounts. We ask for roles, never shared passwords.
Platform and member data
Our work concerns public pages, templates and search data. We do not need, and ask clients not to share, member records, payment details, verification documents or private content. If such information reaches us by mistake, we delete it and tell the client.
How we use information
It lets us reply to enquiries, deliver agreed work, meet record-keeping duties and protect the site. Personal details are never sold, and never handed over for adverts that follow people around the web.
Cookies
A single session cookie protects the audit form against forged submissions. This website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
Who receives information
Hosting and email suppliers, any analytics tools a client points us to on its own accounts, and public bodies when a legal duty applies. Which companies we work for stays private unless they agree otherwise in writing.
International transfers
We work from India with providers in other countries, so information about you may be processed outside the country where you live.
Retention
- Audit enquiries that never turn into a project: erased within a year.
- Access to client analytics tools: removed when an engagement ends.
- Agreements and billing records: retained for the period accounting law sets.
Your rights
Where you live decides the exact rights, but they usually include seeing, fixing or erasing your information and objecting to a use of it. People in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under data protection law, and residents of California and several other US states have similar rights under state privacy laws. Contact us and we will reply within the period the relevant law sets, after confirming your identity.

Material changes will carry a new effective date above. Client obligations sit in the terms of service, and plan prices on the pricing page.
